Rami Adra is an Australian entrepreneur and speaker whose work spans business ownership, marketing, growth and artificial intelligence. His perspective comes from building and operating businesses across different industries, then bringing those lessons into the next venture.
From practical work to business ownership
Born in Melbourne in 1987, Rami accompanied his father to work from the age of ten. By fourteen, he was working alongside him after school and on weekends. In 2004, at seventeen, he launched Snowman, his first company, working across refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing.
While continuing to run Snowman, he expanded into beauty and hospitality. In 2011, he launched Mossman, building luxury homes and multi-unit developments of up to fifty homes per site.
Connecting marketing, operations and AI
Rami founded BlackBull in 2013. Now BlackBull Digital & AI, the business connects strategy, creative production, paid media and AI with an understanding of the wider customer journey.
In 2022, BlackBull made AI central to its direction. It launched AIVUS in 2023, a conversational AI product for customer engagement, enquiries and scheduling. In 2025, it launched LaunchHub, an education product helping business owners learn to run their own advertising.
Still building
Alongside BlackBull, Rami continues to grow CleanMade Australia, which he launched with his brother in 2020 and developed into a franchise model in 2022.
Today, Rami and BlackBull work with established businesses on strategy, marketing, systems and AI, helping owners strengthen operations, pursue growth and prepare for a future exit. He also shares his experience through speaking.
