EARLY INFLUENCESFrom the age of ten, Rami accompanied his dad to work, an early introduction to the working world.
Attended Epping High Secondary College in Epping, Victoria.
At fourteen, Rami began working hands-on alongside his father while still attending school. He joined his dad after school and on weekends, sometimes taking days off school to work with him. Watching became doing, with practical lessons learned on the job.
In 2004, Rami turned seventeen and launched Snowman, his first business, working across refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing.
While continuing to run Snowman, Rami expanded into beauty and hospitality. He operated a high-end hair, beauty and solarium salon from 2010 to 2013, alongside a café and restaurant venture around 2010–2014. More businesses brought fresh lessons in customers, teams and ownership.
In 2011, Rami launched Mossman, his construction company. The business built luxury homes in high-end areas and multi-unit developments of up to fifty homes per site.

Rami founded BlackBull, now BlackBull Digital & AI. An agency shaped by an operator’s perspective: connect the creative, the numbers and the entire customer journey.
Rami and his brother launched CleanMade Australia, bringing another service business into the mix. A new opportunity to put marketing and operational systems to work.
CleanMade became a franchise model, taking the business beyond a single operation and creating a foundation for repeatable service delivery.
BlackBull made a decisive move into AI, putting it at the centre of the company’s direction. The focus shifted to building AI solutions, investing deeply in the capability and making AI a core part of how the business worked.
is born.BlackBull launched AIVUS, a conversational AI product built to help businesses engage customers and grow. It brought direct conversations to social platforms, offering an alternative to tools such as ManyChat and helping businesses handle enquiries and scheduling through natural conversation. AIVUS has continued to grow rapidly.
BlackBull launched LaunchHub, its education product for business owners, with a practical goal: help them understand and run their own advertising. Hands-on workshops connect the ads, funnels, analytics and systems.
Today, Rami and BlackBull work alongside established businesses as growth partners, from those generating $5 million in revenue to businesses at $50 million and beyond. Working closely with owners and their teams, they bring together strategy, marketing, systems and AI to strengthen operations, scale the business and prepare for a future exit. It is a hands-on partnership, without taking equity. Alongside this work, Rami continues to grow and scale CleanMade and LaunchHub.
An enduring reminder. A new urgency in the age of AI.IF THE RATE OF CHANGE ON THE OUTSIDE EXCEEDS THE RATE OF CHANGE ON THE INSIDE, THE END IS NEAR.
